Pool Parties Cost $240

* Includes a maximum of 25 children

ALL PARTIES INCLUDE:

  • Full use of facility for 1hr 45mins
  • One side of the pool features paddle boats
  • 1 Staff member
  • filled with a variety of pool toys and equipment

Party Locations & Times:

  • Newtown Pool:  Saturday 12:45 – 2:30pm or 2:45 - 4:30pm
  • Plimmerton School Pool: Saturday 12:45 – 2:30pm or 2:45 – 4:30pm
  • Rewa Rewa School Pool: Saturday 12:45 – 2:30pm or 2:45 – 4:30pm

HOW TO BOOK

Booking your child’s Easyswim Birthday Pool Party is quick and easy through our iClassPro.

  1. Log in to iClassPro
  2. Select your pool location, time slot & follow the prompts
  3. Complete your booking in iClassPro
  4. Payment Terms
  • Full payment is required at time of booking
  • No refunds are available for cancellations made within 21 days of the event.

Safety & Supervision Guidelines

To ensure a safe and enjoyable party for everyone, we require:

  • Easyswim safety talk before entering the pool (including late arrivals)
  • Maximum of 20 children in the pool at one time
  • No running, glass items, or alcohol on site
  • Active parent supervision:
  • Ages 3–7 years: 1 adult per 5 swimmers
  • Under 3 years: 1 adult per child
  • Children under 3 or not fully toilet-trained must wear swim nappies
  • No swimming for anyone who has experienced gastro/diarrhoea symptoms in the last 2 weeks
  • All food and drink to be consumed outside the pool area
