It’s never too late to learn how to swim or improve your water skills. 

Many adults find themselves inspired to enhance their swimming abilities, especially when they see how capable their children are in the water. 

Our adult swimming classes are the perfect way to kickstart your fitness journey, boost your confidence, and learn to enjoy the water more. Swimming doesn’t have to be difficult—by mastering the right techniques, you'll gain the skills and confidence you need.

Adults Learn to Swim Levels 

Starting Out

Develop water confidence and independent floating skills on your front and back. Basic gliding and flutter kick are introduced.

Kick and Arms

Learn Freestyle arm action. The swimmer’s ability to propel themselves through the water is the primary goal of this level.

Breathing

Introducing Freestyle breathing. Body rotation activities and basic rhythmic breathing skills are the focus at this level.

Stroke Development

Develop your endurance in Freestyle and Backstroke. Option to learn Breaststroke kicks and arms.

Stroke Correction

The final level of swimming, master your Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke and Butterfly!
