Focus: Shrimp Classes are designed to be an extension of bath time, preparing infants and their caregivers for the wonders and thrill of movement and learning in an aquatic environment. A tactile programme which also promotes confidence in the caregiver to be willing, and able, to extend the pool-time activities back into bath-time at home.

Duration: 20 minutes

Focus: Puffer Fish is perfect for swimmers and caregivers who are new to water.  In this class, participants will learn key water safety skills, improve body awareness, practice basic breath control, and get comfortable with cues for submersion, all while building confidence and improving movement in the water.

Duration: 25 minutes

Focus: Turtle classes focus on building self-confidence, movement skills, and safe water habits.  Swimmers will gain comfort with full submersion activities while learning how to enter and exit the water safely.

Focus: In Minnow, we build on skills from previous levels, focusing on boosting confidence and encouraging swimmers to initiate submersions on their own. With one-on-one instruction from the teacher, kids continue to grow their comfort and independence in the water.

Duration: 25 minutes

Focus: Angel Fish is the highest level in the program, where swimmers refine and reinforce their ability to initiate submersions, float and move independently, and develop advanced water safety skills. At this stage, they also become more confident in following most instructions from the teacher.
